About The Program

A healthy, stress and pain-free body is essential for a calm mind. This 50-minute duet class (2 participants) will consist of Pilates sequences performed on the Reformer. This is an excellent format for those looking to resume their workouts after a break, injury or other recoveries. Regular practice will help in building core strength, toned body, flexibility and mindfulness. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm up 3. Main Practice The sequences are beginner friendly and intensity varies in each class. What to bring to the class? 1. Hand Towel 2. Comfortable clothing
