About The Program

A healthy, stress and pain-free body is essential for a calm mind. This 60-minute class will consist of a flow of asanas(Vinyasa) and end with a relaxation practice. The yoga sequence will be performed as a flow from one asana to another. This class is slightly more challenging than our other classes. Prior practice of Yoga is recommended to get the best experience from this class. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm up 3. Asanas performed in a rhythmic manner 4. Relaxation What to bring to the class? 1. Yoga Mat 2. Hand Towel 3. Comfortable clothing
