This 60-minute class is designed to release the stiffness from our body and calm the mind through the practice of Yoga Nidra- a state of wakeful awareness that restores rest in the mind induced from poor sleep patterns. Regular practice is the key to seeing results. We request you to be consistent. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm Up 3. Asanas to prepare the body 4. Yoga Nidra What to bring to the class? 1. Yoga mat 2. Comfortable loose clothing 3. Blanket or sheet to cover yourself (optional)
