Ms. Shivani Bagyal
Shivani has over 6 years of teaching experience and discovered yoga at a really young age as she grew up in Rishikesh. She has completed her B.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and is pursuing a certification in Pre-Natal Yoga.
Shivani loves to spend time in nature and explore new places. Her classes are a mix of dynamic movement combined with the traditional practices of Yoga and Pilates.
Program Details

1. Start anytime from the 2nd trimester subject to doctor's clearance to exercise
2. Total 3 classes per week- members can choose any of these 2 classes
3. Package of 8 classes =Rs 4,780/- per month
4. Maximum 4-5 women per batch
