Many ways to achieve SAMA

SAMA- a state of calm and balance is achieved through a combination of our physical space, programs and instructors.

All our classes are designed around a central objective- from reducing anxiety to calming our nerves, sleeping better, correcting our posture or breathing better and increasing focus.

Get More Focussed

Singing Bowl Meditation: Inspired from a sound wave/frequency, the Tibetan singing bowl meditation can induce deep relaxation and one pointedness of the mind.

Yoga for Tweens/Teens: Hormones combined with the stress of studies and distractions can be overwhelming for teenagers. A combination of body and mind practices can aid in making the mind calmer.

A typical SAMA Class

The pursuit of a calm mind starts with being physically present and aware. We request all our members to enter the Studio after depositing their devices in our lockers.

The first half of our classes prepare the body for the calm mind practice through asanas drawn from Hatha Yoga, Vinayasa Yoga, Ariel Yoga and more.

The second half of the class focusses exclusively on meditative practices.

Regular practice is essential to achieve the desired results. We encourage our members to attend atleast 2 classes per week.
