Weekly Schedule

We keep it simple! With our All- In-One Membership, you can book any class on the calendar on any day of the week. 

Plan

Each class has limited slots available only on pre-booking through our booking system. Incase you are unable to make it to the class, cancel atleast 3 hours in advance.

The schedule is designed to provide a good mix of movement, breathwork and meditation through the week. Explore all the formats.

Show Up

It's easy to make your wellness time take a backseat. Keep a simple goal for yourself- to show up. Start by picking a time that works for you without worrying too much about the format of the class.
