Abhishek brings a rare blend of tradition, creativity, and warmth to every class. A certified Yoga Wellness Instructor (Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India) with advanced training in Aerial Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Multi-Style Yoga, he believes yoga is as much about the mind and heart as it is about the body. His sessions flow between discipline and play, blending traditional postures with the natural movement of Primal Kinesics and Yoga Dance Flow. Off the mat, Abhishek is a passionate biker, poet, and open-mic performer—bringing the same curiosity and calm to life that he shares with every student at SAMA.

Bipin Mathew
Bipin blends the discipline of an athlete with the mindfulness of a yogi. A sports enthusiast since school, he spent over a decade on the basketball court and in strength training—six of those years under a Sports Authority of India coach—before earning his MSc in Yoga. Since 2019, he’s been guiding students through Strength Training, Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Aerial Fitness, bringing both structure and freedom to every class. Off the mat, he’s often hiking, cycling, or shooting hoops—but meditation remains his anchor, shaping the calm, focused energy he brings to Sama.

Gargi Varma
Gargi blends the grace of movement arts with the depth of yoga and healing. Her journey began in 2019, sparked by a deep curiosity about the mind and a longing to reconnect with her inner self. She holds 100-hour, 200-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications, with advanced studies in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. At SAMA, she leads Classical Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra—creating nurturing spaces where students can slow down, tune in, and rediscover themselves. Off the mat, you’ll often find her dancing, exploring new forms of movement, and letting rhythm guide her joy.

Lakshmi Dasaka
Lakshmi Dasaka blends global corporate strategy, consulting, and entrepreneurship with a lifelong passion for mindful wellness. An Army BRAT, she grew up moving across India—learning to adapt with ease and lead with empathy. In her 30s, she saw a gap: fitness spaces for this stage of life rarely balanced strength with calm. That vision became SAMA—a science-backed, community studio where movement, breathwork, and meditation help members live better and age gracefully. For Lakshmi, wellness isn’t just physical—it’s about showing up for yourself, every day.

Mohanraj is a seasoned Yoga and Pilates instructor who brings a rare blend of science-backed insights and mindful presence to every class. With over a decade of experience in yoga and a year in Pilates, he has guided more than 3,000 individuals on their inward journey. A former software developer, he combines technical precision with holistic wisdom—helping people reconnect with themselves and unlock their full potential. At SAMA, he leads breathwork, meditation, and reformer Pilates, holding space for balance, calm, and quiet strength.

Classical Yoga, Restorative Yoga
Pratyusha Thukral
Pratyusha’s yoga journey began eight years ago, never expecting it would lead her to teaching. Now an E-RYT with extensive experience, she blends Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, yin, and pranayama into classes that are warm, grounding, and deeply breath-focused. At SAMA, she teaches Classical Yoga and Restorative Yoga, encouraging students to move with awareness and connect with themselves. Off the mat, she draws inspiration from nature, devotional music, meditation, and sacred texts, bringing a soulful depth to her teachings.

Ruchi brings a rich background in soft skills training, customer service, and early childhood education—driven by a genuine passion for helping people grow. Shivani’s journey began in Rishikesh, the heart of yoga, where she grew up surrounded by the practice’s ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and create deep inner connection. Teaching for over 7 years, she combines her rich yoga background with strong expertise in Mat and Wall Pilates—helping students build strength, mobility, and mindful awareness. At SAMA, she leads Yoga and Pilates classes that are calm, kind, and fully present, creating space for transformation at every level. Outside the studio, she loves nature walks, travel, exploring cuisines, and lifelong learning.
