About The Program
A healthy, stress and pain-free body is essential for a calm mind. This 60-minute class consists of multiple rounds of Sun Salutations performed in quick succession. Each class takes the practice forward. Prior practice of Yoga for atleast a month is recommended to get the best experience from this class. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm up 3.
