About the event

Deepen your bond with your child as you take part in this fun workshop. 

Format:

1. Perform gentle asanas with fun props

2. Compete in a color your mandala together 

3. End the workshop with a relaxing calm mind practice to the tune of gentle music

Age Recommendation

This workshop is ideal for 1 or both the parents to join along with their kids aged 6 and above. 

Dress Code- Comfortable clothing (Active wear recommended). Changing room is available

Please carry a personal yoga mat/any other mat or a cotton sheet to spread out and sit on.
