About the event

Working odd hours into the night has an impact on the body and the mind. Erratic sleep and diet schedules to stress induced by work are common. 

We, at SAMA, specialise in conducting group classes to achieve a mind-body balance. Drawing from ancient philosophies such as Yoga, Zen Buddhism and minfulness, our classes focus equally on the mind and the body.

Aim : To help people who work in late night shifts to enhance their physiology and psychological health. To introduce them to practices that can help them to minimise the effects of lesser sleep. 

This is an introductory workshop of our 21 day complete program.

If you are in Tech, Healthcare, Startups or are generally kept awake by night, this workshop is for you.
