Aerial Fitness - This single, guided workshop invites you to take your asana practice into a new dimension, quite literally, up in the air. Led with care, our instructor will gently guide you through each asana, offering thoughtful modifications and support so you feel safe, confident, and at ease.

The session closes with a calming mind practice, leaving you relaxed, grounded, and uplifted a perfect way to reconnect with yourself.

No prior experience required. Just bring your curiosity and enjoy the experience.

Safety Note

Participants are advised to ensure that they don't have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
