Healing Sound Bath (90 mins of pure bliss in a serene ambience)

Relieve stress, anxiety and recharge your mind with this unique experience at SAMA. A medley of the instruments and the practitioner, Sound Baths are gaining popularity over the world for their deeply personal and restorative benefits. 

As you walk into the Studio, you will be guided to your spot for lying down on your mat/sheet.  To enjoy an anti-gravity experience, you can also book our aerial hammock. 

Although this practice is safe for all ages, due to the duration of the event, we recommend this for participants above 18 years of age.

Dress Code:

1. Any comfortable clothing. 

2. Sports/active wear is not mandatory

3. We recommend that you carry a small shawl/sheet to cover yourself 

4. You are welcome to carry a small cushion if you wish to support your head for the duration of the session.

About the Sound Practioner

Jeet is a sound practitioner & a certified Sound Healer with Singing Bowls from IASH. He is an avid learner and has elevated himself in Sound Healing modality in a short-span. He shares his journey as "much of the healing you experience in a sound therapy is of your own making. I am only a catalyst for your own change, and it’s you who creates the magic of the experience."
