Immerse yourself in The Breathwork Series at SAMA Studio, where our senior instructor will guide you through breathwork exercises to center and calm the mind, and to bring awareness to the subtle layers of your body. With the breath being called the king of the mind, utilizing it effectively can have a positive impact on your mental and physical health. No prior experience is necessary, so come as you are and become a part of our welcoming community. Learn techniques that you can even practice at home and experience the transformational power of breath.

Theme for May 12th : Hundreds of Breaths

In "Hundreds of Breaths," we invite you to learn simple yet profound practice of conscious breathing to get mastery over unpleasant emotions and stress.

Who is it for:

1. Breathwork enthusiasts : If you are keen to practice the techniques that you have read about or seen online under the guidance of a Senior Instructor.  A serene device free and distraction free ambience will help you connect with your deeper self through the power of breath.

2. Breathwork newbies: If you have not done breathwork ever and are keen to get started.

Each week we focus on a different theme and practice 1-2 breath work techniques in class.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
