About The Event
This class is one of our signature workshops at SAMA where we focus on bringing a sense of calm and balance in our mind through various time-tested practices such as Yoga, Meditation etc.
Our partner Yin Yoga is practiced in our blue light bathed Studio with gentle music aiding the flow. You will be guided by our Instructors throughout the class on both the posture and the reflections. Supported by props, this is an almost no sweat class that will help you quieten the various thoughts in your mind.
