About The Event

This restorative yoga experience is designed to help the body and mind settle into deep rest through gentle, supported postures that calm and regulate the nervous system.


Using props for support, you’ll remain in each posture for longer durations, allowing the body to gradually release tension and move into a state of deep relaxation. The practice is slow, soothing, and accessible for all levels.


There is no intense movement or workout involved - just space to pause, breathe, and allow the body to restore itself. Through guided relaxation and mindful stillness, the practice encourages the nervous system to shift out of stress mode and into a state of rest, repair, and recovery.


Whether you’ve had a demanding week, feel mentally fatigued, or simply wish to experience the power of stillness, this session offers a gentle space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

Dress Code


Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely on a mat. We have a changing room on site (no showers available).


Food & Beverage


You may have a light snack, fruit, or beverage at least 2 hours before the class. Filtered water is available at the studio. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.


Safety Note

Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
