The Feel-Good Yoga Dance Flow Workshop
We at Sama: The Calm Mind Studio are thrilled to bring you a unique experience that blends the mindfulness and alignment of Yoga with the fluidity and creativity of Dance - guided by our very own instructor, Abhishek Tripathi. This workshop invites you to embody movement, breath, and rhythm - flowing from one posture to another with grace, presence, and joy.
