We are pleased to announce a special workshop on Yoga for Spinal Health on Sunday, June 1st at our Siddapura Studio with a Guest Teacher- Mr. Rohit Kataria (PG Diploma and MA in Yoga and ex Senior Yoga Instructor at Cult.fit)

Our modern lifestyle takes a heavy toll on our spine impacting its flexibility, strength and mobility. This special workshop focussed on practice of asanas that improve spinal health.
