However, we require that you obtain clearance from your doctor to take part in physical exercise. Although our team is trained and qualified in Pilates, we do not offer advise or guidance in medical matters.
Once you have a clearance, please inform your Instructor about any restrictions. They will offer a modification or guide you to go slow/skip a particular exercise.
