About The Program
This classical form of Yoga is dynamic flow of asanas practiced in a fixed sequence with a deep engagement of the breath. This class is not recommended for beginners as it requires the ability to get in and out of asanas in a quick succession. A 3 month consistent practice of Classical Yoga will be helpful to gain the maximum benefit out of the class. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Classical Yoga Practice What to bring to the class: 1.
