About The Program

This 60-minute practice will help you become aware of your breath and regulate it for activating and calming the mind and the body. A Classical Hatha Yoga practice will be done to prepare the body for the practice. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm up 3. Classical Yoga Practice 4. Pranayama What to bring to the class: 1. A yoga mat 2. Comfortable clothing 3. Water bottle
