About The Program
A healthy, stress and pain-free body is essential for a calm mind. This 60-minute class will consist of Pilates sequences performed on the mat. Props will be used as necessary to intensify the practice. Regular practice helps in building core strength, a toned body, flexibility and mindfulness. Class Format: 1. Centering 2. Warm up 3. Main Practice The sequences are beginner friendly and intensity varies in each class. What to bring to the class? 1. Personal Mat (optional) 2. Hand Towel 3. Comfortable clothing
