Our Signature Calm Mind Practice is a part of every class and  consists of modern Breathwork, Traditional Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and more. For the body, we offer multiple styles of Yoga and Pilates. In each class, our members work on both their body and their mind, making their fitness regimen complete in all aspects.​

A device-free, clutter-free practice area; curated music with an interplay of aroma; small group size for adequate freedom of movement and glorious natural and colour enabled light to complete the sensory experience.

How do I get started?

Apart from our everyday group classes, we conduct private classes, short programs and corporate workshops. We also host multiple mindful events over the weekend at our Studio.

Frequently Asked Questions

1 /I don't have an active fitness routine at the moment. Can I enroll for the classes?

Our classes include movements based on Yoga guided by patient Instructors. It is the safest way to get started with an active routine.

2 /How many classes a week should I attend?

The city life puts strain on our mind on a daily basis. Traffic, work, kids, career, finances, relationships-the list is endless. 

A 60-min daily retreat and a break from the chaos is ideal, but coming in a few times a week is also a good way to get started.

3 / What are the membership options?

You can choose a plan depending on your goals and how consistent you wish to be. We will be happy to discuss this with you in person/over a call.
