At SAMA, we curate and offer mindful fitness programs for the body and the mind. 

Mindful= done with awareness.

Our programs are safe,  friendly for all practice levels and body types and help achieve holistic results.

For the body, we practice multiple styles of Yoga and Fusion Pilates. For the mind, our Calm Mind Practices  consist of modern Breathwork, Traditional Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and more. In each class, our members work on both their body and their mind, making their fitness regimen complete in all aspects.

What are my options ?

Apart from our everyday group classes, we conduct private classes, short programs and corporate workshops. We also host multiple mindful events over the weekend at our Studio.

What is SAMA?

SAMA ( सम ) is a state of calmness and tranquility of the mind, a perfect state of balance.

A Calm Mind=Sound Breath+Sound Mind+Sound Body and our class themes are designed to develop all 3 components equally.

We are Bangalore's Modern Mindful Fitness Studio with everyday group classes and short-term programs to build a calm mind. Drawing from Yoga, Pilates and Zen Philosophies, several time-tested practices are carefully curated and offered at our spacious Studio. 

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, tone your body, enhance sleep quality, relax your mind or slow down, we have a class for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

1 /I don't have an active fitness routine at the moment. Can I enroll for the classes?

Our classes include movements based on Yoga guided by patient Instructors. It is the safest way to get started with an active routine.

2 /How many classes a week should I attend?

The city life puts strain on our mind on a daily basis. Traffic, work, kids, career, finances, relationships-the list is endless. 

A 60-min daily retreat and a break from the chaos is ideal, but coming in a few times a week is also a good way to get started.

3 / What are the membership options?

You can choose a plan depending on your goals and how consistent you wish to be. We will be happy to discuss this with you in person/over a call.
