About The Program

Late night calls, deadlines or US/UK shift timings can have an impact on sleep cycles thereby leading to a spiralling effect on other health aspects. While a lot of content, courses and tips are available on online, a physical practice is essential. The 21 day program for late nighters is designed to provide a holistic mind-body practice and kickstart a new habit. Scheduled from 10.45-11.45 AM everyday, each class will include a body practice through multiple formats of Yoga and the mind practice through breath-work and meditation. Benefits: 1. Who is this for: **If your work demands working late into the night **If you have trouble falling asleep ** If you have digestive challenges which drains your energy and wellness ** If you find it hard to understand, compete and be successful in your job ** If you are constantly getting cold and allergies with a weak immune system ** If you are not recovering better from your from previous days work ** If you find it hard to go to sleep in the night but feeling sleeping during the day ** If you have hormonal struggles, mood swings and weight gain ** If you are constantly annoyed and feeling dissatisfied Structure: 1. 5 classes per week * 4 weeks 2. Each class will have a combination of body movements, breathing techniques, deep relaxation methods practiced under the guidance of an expert Instructor. 3. DIY activities to be done at home will be shared throughout the program. 4. Inspired from Yoga and Huberman methods Timings: 10.45-11.45 AM- Monday to Friday Duration: Jan 18th to Feb 20th (Holiday on Jan 26th) Fees: Rs 5,500/- About the Instructor: Mohanraj is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep-rooted passion for the traditional form of Hatha Yoga. Having undergone rigorous training at the esteemed Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, Mohanraj's journey in the world of yoga commenced in 2010. He has multiple advanced teacher training and intensive practitioner certifications. He has also taught at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in New Delhi for over 5 years. Mohanraj's classes are infused with authenticity and a profound understanding of the ancient traditions. The teachings go beyond the physical postures, delving into the philosophy and principles that underpin the practice of Hatha Yoga.
